After having poor health habits as a kid, running myself into the ground from 20 years of building companies, and a decade of chronic depression, I now have the world’s best comprehensive biomarkers. Quantitatively, I am the healthiest person on earth. I am asking the question “are we the first generation that won’t die?”

Age Escape Velocity

Goal: age biologically slower than the calendar (pace of aging < 1.0) and increasingly repair more than we accumulate. This is an engineering race: Damage (daily wear, metabolic by-products, environmental hits) vs Repair (sleep, nutrition, training, and advanced therapies).

Rule: We change the protocol only when trendlines or high-grade evidence demand it.

We analyzed all the longevity scientific literature, ranking the highest performing.
